  21. Phil Jones looks like a future England captain, absolutely fantastic talent.
    Problem is, England are currently having an influx of top young centre backs with the world at their feet. Shawcross, Cahill, Smalling, Rodwell, Ciaran Clark, Tomkins and Jones could all go on to be top international defenders, but personally I like Jones and Smalling for the roles.
